File format for the .csv le
The device information for the .csv le requires each row to contain one
device with the following elds separated with a comma:
Device name,IMEI,MAC,Serial number
NOTE: The format for the .csv le must also be adjusted to include the
customized eld in the correct order. Please refer to the Device elds
section for more information on creating customized elds.
An example for Device1:
Device1,35249899053345745,40:1y:3a:89:a1:e2,E30KCY863647
Keep the eld blank if any information is missing, such as IMEI.
An example for Device2 without an IMEI:
Device2,,40:1y:3a:80:a1:e2,E30KCY883647
Device group
To facilitate the management of a huge number of devices,
administrators can create device groups and group users and devices
together.
