Getting Started Picking up an Incoming Call for Another Extension

To unpark a call and return it to your extension:
1. Press the Unpark soft key.
2. Dial the extension number from which you want to unpark the call.
The parked call is returned to your extension.
Picking up an Incoming Call for Another Extension
With the appropriate permissions (set by your ShoreTel Connect administrator), you can pick up a call
that is ringing on another extension.
1. If you want to answer a call coming in to another phone, press the Pickup soft key.
2. Dial the extension number for which you want to pick up an incoming call.
The call is now an active call on your extension.
