To unmute a call so that the caller can hear you, press again.
The button is not illuminated when the mute is not active.

Your ShoreTel IP Phone 480/480g displays icons for phone status and features. These icons are
described in the following tables:
Title bar icons on the phone’s main screen are described in Ta ble 1.
