SnapBridge 360/170 and Remote Control Issues
Problem Cause/Solution A
The camera
cannot be
operated via the
smart device.
Perform pairing.
If pairing has already been performed, select Camera &
smart device or Camera & remote in Choose
connection in the network menu.

The camera
cannot be
operated via the
remote control.
The camera
cannot be paired
with the device.
Perform the procedure below, and then pair again by
following the procedure in “Camera Setup” (A11).
Press and hold the movie button on the camera for at
least three seconds to turn off the camera and close the
SnapBridge 360/170 app.
For iOS, tap Bluetooth on the setting app of the smart
device, and remove the Bluetooth device (registered as
the camera name).
Cannot use
Remote
photography or
Download
selected
pictures.
If Remote photography or Download selected
pictures cannot be used even though pairing is complete
and the Wi-Fi connection is established, try performing the
procedures below to solve the problem.
Switch the SnapBridge 360/170 tab.
Close SnapBridge 360/170 and launch it again.
Select End pairing on the Connection options screen
in SnapBridge 360/170, unregister the device, and pair
again.
