If the Tool supports ABS and SRS for
the user selected vehicle, the Select
Module menu is shown. If no menu is
shown, only Global OBDII codes are
read.

arrow key to highlight module.

MIL Status
Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Status displays the state of the
vehicles computer module(s). MIL Status is most useful if the engine
is running. Some manufacturers turn the MIL off if a certain number of
drive cycles occur without a fault.
The computer’s memory erases Trouble Codes and resets MIL from
memory if fault does not occur after 40 warm-up cycles.
