Processing options (picture mode)
Select a picture mode and make individual adjustments to contrast, sharpness, and
other parameters (P. 75). Changes to each picture mode are stored separately.

Press the z button to display the live control, and select the picture mode
item using FG.

hi-Enhance Produces more impressive-looking results suited to the scene.
iVivid Produces vivid colors.
jNatural Produces natural colors.
ZMuted Produces fl at tones.
aPortrait Produces beautiful skin tones.
JMonochrome Produces black and white tone.
KCustom Select one picture mode, set the parameters, and register the
setting.
ve-Portrait Produces smooth skin textures. Cannot be used with bracket
photography or when shooting movies.
xUnderwater Produces colors suited to the underwater scene.
jPop Art
Choose an art fi lter and select the desired effect.
